Proof of address x 1 (Utility bill – Gas/Electric/Water bills or council tax [mobile phone bill and TV license letter not accepted], OR Three months bank statement [most recent months])
Proof of income (Three months payslip and three months bank statement to show salary payments in, If self employed: 2 years tax return and three months bank statement to show earnings, If contractor also provide contract of employment)
Source of investment (Three months bank statement for the account the investment is coming from, Three months investment statement if the investment will be made from investment withdrawal)
